Operating instruction
- Heat water at 75°C, add slowly under stirring premix of xanthan gum and butylene glycol, then stirr for 5 min.
- Add A2 and A3 to A and mix for 5 min.
- Prepare B and heat at 82°C under stirring until complete solubilization of UV filters.
- Add slowly B (75°C) to A (75°C) under rapid mixing (2000 rpm) for 15 min.
- Cool to 45°C under moderate mixing (1000 rpm).
- Premix C and add to the emulsion under rapid mixing.
- Cool to 30°C under moderate mixing, premix D and add to the emulsion. If Corn PO4 is added at a too high temperature, it swells and increases emulsion viscosity.
- Complete cooling to 25°C.
