Operating instruction
- Heat water to 75°C and add under stirring Kelco Care Diutan, let the gel swell for 5 min, then add A2 and A3
- under stirring.
- Heat B1 to 80°C under stirring until complete solubilization of UV filters.
- Heat B2 to 70°C, add TiO2 slowly under mixing and homogenize for 5 min.
- Add B2 to B1.
- Add B (75°C) slowly to A (75°C) under mixing (2000 rpm) for 15 min.
- Add C and mix for 5 min at 2000 rpm.
- Cool to 35°C under medium speed mixing (1000 rpm).
- Add D under mixing and homogenize for 2 min.
- Complete cooling to 25°C under stirring.
