Operating instruction
- Disperse Natrosol Plus 330 CS into water of B1 heated to 60°C, mix for about 10 minutes.
- Add Satiaxane VPC 911 and mix for about 10 minutes.
- Heat B1+B2 at 55°C.
- Prepare A and heat to 65°C.
- Under mixing (defloculator 3000 rpm), add A to B1+B2 and mix for 10 minutes.
- Add C below 50°C and mix for 5 minutes under high shear.
- Cool under mixing until 35°C, then add D and E.
