Operating instruction
- Heat A1 to 75°C and disperse Structure XL for 15 minutes under high shear.
- Prepare premix A2. - Add A2 into A1 under moderate shear.
- Heat B1 to 70°C.
- Add B1 into A under high shear (2500 rpm) at 70°C for 10 minutes.
- Cool under moderate shear.
- At 50°C add B2 under high shear for 5 minutes, then cool.
- Add C bellow 40°C.
- Adjust pH with D.
