Operating instruction

Prepare A1: heat Pelemol P-810 at 50°C and under stirring add slowly Zinc Oxide.

Add A3 to A1+A2.

Add A4 step by step to A1+A2+A3 to make sure TiO2 is well dispersed (dispersion becomes thick).

Add A5 to A1+A2+A3+A4 under mixing (dispersion becomes less thick).

Add A6 (pre-heated at 50°C) under mixing then homogenize with ultra turrax for 2 min.

Prepare B1 and stir until complete solubilization. - Add B2 to B1 and stir until complete solubilization of the salt. Add B3 and heat at 50°C.

Emulsion : add B (50°C) to A (50°C) under rapid mixing (1500 rpm) and maintain mixing for 20 min.

Add C under mixing.

Cool to 27°C under mixing.
