Operating instruction
- Prepare phase A: Disperse Avicel into water heated to 80°C and mix for about 15 min and add slowly under stirring premix of xanthan gum and glycerin, stir for 5min then add Amphisol® K at 70°C under mixing, mix for 2 min.
- Prepare phase B and heat to 70°C.
- Under rapid mixing (Rotor/Stator 3000 rpm), add B to A slowly.
- Continue rapid mixing for about 10 min then let it cool under mixing.
- At about 40°C, add phase C and phase D.
- Prepare G by grinding it 3 times with a three-roll mill.
- Complete cooling and at about 30°C, add E, F, G and H. Mix for 15 min.
