Operating instruction

Weight ingredients of phase A and heat at 75°C.
In a separate beaker, disperse Avicel® PC 591 of phase B into water, previously heated to 75°C, mix under high shear (rotor stator/ ultra turrax) for about 10 min.
Under rapid mixing, add Vanatural of phase B and maintain mixing with high shear for about 10 min.
Then, add xanthan gum of phase B with moderate speed.
Under rapid mixing (Rotor/Stator 3000 rpm), slowly add phase A to phase B until homogenous.
Cool under moderate mixing to 35°C, add phase C and control the color.
Adjust pH with phase D if necessary (pH value 7.3-8.3).
