A winterized oil composed of long-chain mono-, di-, and triglycerides for lipid-based formulations to solubilize and increase oral bioavailability of poorly water-soluble lipophilic APIs. Used in self-emulsifying lipid formulations (SEDDS and SMEDDS) as an oily vehicle.
