Operating instruction
- Prepare A and heat to 75°C.
- Predisperse Solagum AX into glycerin and add to water of B heated to 75°C, mix for about 10 min.
- Under vacuum and rapid mixing (2500 rpm), add A heated (75°C) to B (75°C).
- Mix for about 10 min at 2500 rpm and cool under moderate mixing (1500 rpm).
- Add C at about 35°C, then add the other ingredients one by one.
