Operating instruction
- Prepare A1, heat water at 60°C and add the starch under mixing, mix for about 10 min then add A2 and mix quickly for about 10 minutes more.
- Prepare A3: Solubilize SSG into water by heating (60°C).
- Add phase A3 to A1+A2 and heat to 75°C.
- Prepare phase B and heat to 75°C.
- Under rapid mixing (3000 rpm), add B to A, mix for about 10 min.
- Cool under moderate mixing and at 35°C add C.
- Adjust pH with D
