Operating instruction

Heat phase A at 85°C, mix slowly and control that everything is melted and homogeneous.
Add the powder of phase B and disperse with Ultra Turrax (2000rpm) for 5 minutes.
Prepare the premix C, by wetting the pigment, and grind with a 3 roll mill. Control that the dispersion is homogeneous.
Add premix C into A+B (85°C) and disperse with Ultra Turrax (2000rpm) for 5 minutes.
Prepare the premix D at 65°C. It will form a homogenous paste.
Add premix D (65°C) into A+B+C (85°C) and disperse with Ultra Turrax (2000rpm) for 5 minutes.
Add phase E into A+B+C+D at 85°C. Mix slowly.
Pour at 82°C ±2°C in a lipstick mold previously heated at 40°C. No need to use silicone spray into the mold.
Let cool down 30 minutes at room temperature and then freeze for 20 minutes.
