Operating instruction
- Heat water to 75°C, then add slowly Kelco-Care™ Diutan Gum under stirring and let the gel swell for 5 min.
- Heat B to 82°C under stirring until complete solubilisation of UV filters and polymer.
- Add slowly B to A at 75°C under rapid mixing (2000 rpm) for 15 min.
- Cool to 45°C under moderate mixing (1000 rpm).
- Prepare C (thick paste) and then add to A+B under rapid mixing. Homogenize with ultra turrax for 2 min to make sure to properly disperse Sunhancer™ Eco SPF Booster.
- Cool to 30°C under moderate mixing and add D then E.
- Complete cooling.
