Operating instruction
- Heat A1 at 75°C.
- Pour under moderate shear with a dispersing mixer A2 into A1 for 10 minutes.
- Solubilize A3 by heating to 60°C and add it into A1+A2.
- Heat B to 75°C.
- Make the emulsion : Add B into A under high shear for 10 minutes.
- Cool and below 40°C add ingredients of C one by one.
- Ajust pH with D.
