Operating instruction
- Prepare A1.
- Premix A2 and add to A1. Mix until the Xanthan Gum swells.
- Heat A1+A2 up to 78°C.
- Prepare A3 and heat up to 78°C to perfectly solubilize Amphisol® K; then add to A1+A2.
- Add A4 and mix for a few minutes until complete solubilization of EDTA.
- Add A5.
- Prepare B1 and heat up to 81°C under mixing until perfect solubilization of UV filters.
- Add B2 to B1 and homogenize with Ultra-Turrax for 2 minutes.
- Add slowly B to A at 78°C and mix for 10-15 minutes at 1500 rpm.
- Cool to 35°C under mixing (about 800 rpm) ad add C.
- Complete cooling to 25-27°C under mixing.
