Operating instruction
- Prepare phase A and heat to 75°C.
- Disperse C into B heated to 75°C under mixing, mix for about 10 min under high shear.
- Add D to B+C and mix for about 10 min under high shear.
- Prepare F: add Eumulgin® SG to water under slow mixing until complete dissolution (heat if necessary).
- Add E then F to B+C+D and heat to 75°C.
- Under rapid mixing (rotor stator 3000 rpm), add A to B+C+D+E+F and maintain rapid mixing for about 10 min.
- Cool to 35°C then add G, H, I and J.
- Complete cooling.
