Operating instruction
- Heat water and propanediol of A1 to 75°C then disperse bentonite under high shear for 15 min.
- Prepare premix A2 and add to A1 under moderate mixing.
- Add A3 to A1+A2 (it is not limpid, it is normal), let it melt at around 70°C.
- Mix A under high shear then cool.
- Prepare B and add it to A1+A2+A3 at 50°C under high shear for 5 min.
- Cool under moderate shear then under 40°C add C.
- Adjust pH with D.
