Operating instruction
- Heat A1 to 75°C and disperse A2 with a propeller (2000 rpm) for 20 min.
- Prepare premix A3, heat to 70°C and add to A1+A2 under slow mixing to avoid foam.
- Heat B to 75°C.
- Under rapid mixing (rotor stator 3000 rpm), add B to A and mix for 10 min.
- Cool to 35°C and add ingredients of C one by one.
- Adjust pH with D.
- Cool under mixing
