Operating instruction
- COLD PROCESS (except preparation of A)
- Prepare A in advance: heat A to 93-95°C and mix at the same time.
- Prepare C and pass it through a three roll mill 3 times.
- Prepare D: add Aerosil 200 to the ingredients of D, mix until homogenization.
- Add B to A.
- Add C to A+B.
- Add D to A+B+C.
- Prepare E, then under rapid mixing (rotor stator 3000 rpm) add E to A+B+C+D.
- Continue rapid mixing for about 10 min.
- If necessary, cool under mixing and add the others components.

- Viscosity Brookfield RV (spindle B, speed 5): approx. 13 400 mPa.s after 24h
