Operating instruction

In the main vessel, mix phase A.
Add ingredients of phase B one by one and disperse with Ultra Turrax for 5 minutes. Check that everything is dispersed homogeneously.
Prepare the pigment phase C: wet pigments with Labrafac™ CC MB and Emulium® Illustro, and use a three roll mill to get a homogeneous paste. Add to phase A+B and disperse the pigment paste with high shear or Ultra Turrax.
Check that everything is dispersed homogeneously.
Prepare water phase D and solubilize the electrolytes.
Proceed with the emulsion of phase D into phase A+B+C at room temperature under medium shear, and then increase to high shear (3000 rpm) for 10 minutes.
Under moderate shear add the powder of phase E. Mix under moderate shear for 5 minutes.
Add then phase F and phase G one by one.
