Our CSR roadmap

Combine sustainable growth and general interest

Environmental, social and societal issues have always been part of the Gattefossé culture. When we talk about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), our vision is to lead together the transition to a business model that combines sustainable growth and general interest.

Which means, being profitable, committed and innovative
while having a positive impact on the environment and civil society

This objective is at the heart of our CSR roadmap:

3 key pillars & 10 priority stakes

Preserving our environment

Reducing our climate impact, preserving resources
and being transparent

Caring for our people

Improving quality of life at work, personal development and safety of each employee while deploying strong and inclusive social values

Acting as a world citizen

Acting ethically day-to-day and engaging our local communities to the common good

“Over the past few years, our CSR approach has been developed and structured so that it is now at the heart of our development strategy. We consider CSR as a growth lever, a source of opportunity and innovation. Through Gatt’Up & Act, we would like to engage all our stakeholders to act in the service of the common good and general interest. I believe in the strength of the collective and that is how we will make a difference.” Ségolène MOYRAND-GROS, President of the Gattefossé Group
