Quality is a key driver of progress for us and is an integral part of every process we undertake, from R&D to product delivery. Our quality policies are constantly upgraded to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. We are regularly audited by all our major customers, and strive to continuously improve our quality standards, as demonstrated by well-prized certifications.
Our industrial site at Saint-Priest has been certified ISO 9001/2000 since May 2003, and ISO 9001/2008 since May 2009.
Since 1990, we have been a member of the Responsible Care Program, the chemical industry’s global voluntary initiative for the protection of the environment.
We always comply with applicable Good Manufacturing Practices for both pharmaceutical and personal care ingredients.
Our production sites are audited on a regular basis by our customers and certifying bodies (20 audits were successfully completed during 2009 on our Saint-Priest site).
AFSSAPS (French Health Agency) inspected our Saint-Priest facility to verify our compliance with GMPs regarding the manufacturing of pharmaceutical excipients: we received a GMP certificate of inspection in January 2009.
This commitment to quality enables us to share common references with our customers in terms of systems and industry norms, and to integrate them in our own procedures.
