Mérieux Foundation

Created in 1967 by Dr. Charles Mérieux, the Mérieux Foundation is an independent state-approved organization.

Its mission is to combat infectious diseases in poor countries by providing innovative diagnosis and preventative solutions.

Its work focuses on four priorities: support for applied research, training and scientific information, strengthening of clinical biology care infrastructures, and aid for patients.
